Please first check your personal account settings for e-invoices:
1) Did you fill in an e-mail address to receive the e-invoices in your personal account?
2) Did you fill in a required identification number (e.g. vat# or CVR# or other ID#) in your personal account?
Please also check if you remembered to tick the box "use E-invoicing" when you placed the order. Note: remember to tick the box: "use E-invoicing" for every order you place in order to receive the invoice electronically.
If all looks correct, but you still have not received the invoice electronically, then we will ask you kindly to pay the enclosed PDF invoice.
